]]> The agreement involves Legor Group acquiring 60% of the shares of Valmet Spa, with a stated commitment to a sustainable partnership.

Legor, an Italian leader in the production of precious alloys for the jewelry sector, and active in the market of galvanic solutions for fashion accessories, joins forces with Valmet. Valmet, the leading entity in a network of companies including Valmet Plating, Valmet Refining, and Valmet Ecology, operates in the fashion sector with excellent products and services for accessory processing. Additionally, Valmet is involved in the recovery of precious metals and sustainable waste management. The capital agreement outlines Valmet’s entry into the Legor Group and the reinvestment of Francesco Pallotti in a minority stake in Valmet S.p.A.

]]> An in-depth article on our collaboration was published in the EnelX web magazine a few days ago. For our group, the partnership with EnelX is a prestigious and strategic one, which has led us in recent months to request EnelX to write the Circular Economy Report and the GHG Report, thanks to which we had a qualitative analysis of the level of circularity in the operational dynamics of the whole group.

 

As Francesco Pallotti, CEO of Valmet Srl, said, ‘We want to continue to grow by positioning ourselves as innovators and leaders in the areas of activity in which we operate, and concretely establish ourselves as a model of Green and Sustainable development”. In this sense, the EnelX report is an indispensable document to certify the current level of circularity of our group and, above all, to measure its growth over time.
